I had a delayed flight and arrived at the hotel at 6am, only to find out that my room had been marked as a no show. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were really cozy. The receptionist even offered to prepare a packed breakfast for me as I had to leave early in the morning. I had a positive experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

Wonderful location, attentive staff, comfortable bed with luxurious bed linen, excellent breakfast with vegetarian options, nice toiletries provided daily, local restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with 3 receptionists available to assist us with anything we needed. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with amenities like tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and welcome drink. we highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

This place is simply amazing and we recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Great location, right next to the main shopping street and close to many reasonably priced and good quality restaurants. 24h reception was convenient as we arrived late. Efficient housekeeping team, keeping the rooms clean.

The breakfast could have been better, with some of the pastry being dry and the service not very friendly. Noise from the street kept us awake on several nights, even though we requested a quiet room.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being just a minute's walk away from the famous Vitosha street. It was also conveniently located near most tourist sites and the city center. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice coffee and tea spot. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

The room was a bit too dark with no bright lights, which made it difficult to see properly at times.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location - right in the center of the city but on a quiet street. It was within walking distance of all the local attractions and even had an underground station nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the view from our room overlooking the main street of the city center.

There was an issue with the coffee machine in the breakfast room, as it was often slow and out of order.

We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and it was convenient to have the NDK metro station nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and attended to all our needs.

It made exploring the city super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even gave me an umbrella to use during a rainy day and booked a taxi for my airport transfer. The service was top-notch!

Clean rooms with air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and printer in lobby. Superb location near park and boulevard, excellent breakfast topped up frequently by friendly waiter. Comfortable room with modern shower, large bed, complimentary red wine, and helpful English-speaking staff.

They provided excellent service and allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for the entire day after check-out. the location of the hotel was a major highlight as it was just a short walk away from the main shopping street where we found plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the lack of proper window coverings in our suite. There were two windows that couldn't be fully covered, allowing in too much light in the morning and waking us up earlier than desired.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the quality of the food was great. The staff at the front desk were not only kind and professional, but also very efficient. I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel and would definitely book here again on my next trip.
